Key tasks include:

• Dismounting and adjustments of electrical, air, hydraulic, suspension and brake systems
  
• assemblage and trim work on auto bodies for different uses - on buses, lorries, box vans, commercial trucks, and specialized vehicles
• autobody and trim work done according to working drawings and descriptions received
• mounting lights, sound parts, image devices and communication equipment in vehicles with the help of basic electronics and electro-technical devices
• mounting and dismounting mechanical and hydraulic components
• corrosion treatment and securing materials used on vehicles

A chassis builder should be able to work independently, accurately and systematically, and follow working drawings. You should have the necessary technical know-how concerning chassis/undercarriages, understand the significance of safety requirements and other demands on the product, and be good with your hands.
