Key areas of work are the following:

• the planning and implementation of security measures on customers’ premises
• preventive safety and protection work, as well as initial involvement in unforeseen incidents
• sales and service
• the operation of automatic warning and surveillance system
• conflict management

Security guards must be resourceful, work creatively, systematically and independently, and show assessment ability. You must be able to interact with others, resolve conflicts, show empathy, loyalty, responsibility and respect. The ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing, a good sense for figures, and good ethical attitudes are also important.
