Key tasks include:

• selection of approaches and use of equipment for various cementation works, including cementing horizontal wells and pressure cementation
• assessment of conditions that influence the composition of cement aggregates
• use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the usual cement mixers, pumps, and in-well equipment
• leading cementation operations
• planning and reporting

A drill operator for cementation should be able to work systematically, be responsible, careful, and precise. You should be able to make decisions and work independently, but also able to work as a team with other specialists. New technologies pose major challenges and requires the ability to constantly improve. Good social and communication skills are a must, and you should be good at languages.
