Building and construction

Duties include the production of cast-in-place or prefabricated concrete constructions within the building and construction industry. Key tasks include:

• foundations
• falseworks and reinforcements
• depositing of concrete, the production and mounting of concrete elements, and concrete rehabilitation
• fire sealing and jointing/seaming
• layout and construction know-how
• rigging and construction site operations

The concrete industry requires independent people who are imaginative, creative and environmentally conscious. You should also be able to work well with others. You should be meticulous, systematic, and good with your hands.
