As a service and administrative worker you work with administrative support in an enterprise. You will work with:

service, customer relations and guidance
written and verbal presentation of information
the communication channels and publication tools in the enterprise
administration and follow-up of meetings
purchases, budgets and accounting
planning and implementing marketing activities
on-going human resources work

Personlige egenskaper

An service and administrative worker must be able to work in a structured way, systematically, efficiently and effectively. It is important to have good presentation skills in both Norwegian and foreign languages, and you must be able to provide good service to customers.
