Admission on special grounds

If you wish to be considered in accordance with this rule, you must request it in your application and attach your reasons and documentation. A basis for admission on special grounds may be that 

• another mother tongue than Norwegian 
• illness
• functional disability 
• other special circumstances 

could give reason to suppose that your grade points do not paint a correct picture of your qualifications.

The circumstances mentioned above do not give you the right to admission. You are required to have skills and knowledge that equal those of applicants awarded admission through ordinary criteria.
