Specialization in general studies

A pass in the International baccalaureate leads to general university admissions certification in Norway and abroad. IB provides a solid linguistic and academic basis for later studies at colleges and universities. With this international matriculation exam, the transition to studying abroad is made easier. For the purposes of admission to Norwegian colleges and universities, the IB grades will be converted to Norwegian competitive points, which includes natural science points and specialization points (see www.samordnaopptak.no).
