Key tasks include:

• identifying, measuring, installing, and testing components for completing drilling operation
• installing completion equipment
• quality control of equipment and documentation
• daily reporting – directly to the supervising team leader (drilling supervisor)
• control checks, maintenance, and repairs of equipment used
• submitting written completion documentation for work completed

A drill operator for completions should be able to work systematically, be responsible, careful, precise, and independent. The drill operator answers directly to the operations supervisor (drilling supervisor). You must therefore be able to communicate well, and be a good leader. The ability to write and speak well in English and Norwegian is required, and you must know how to handle computer data. You should have good social skills.
