• mechanical fabrication of elements for furniture and furnishings
• assembling and finishing products
• operation and supervision of production machines and equipment, sampling, troubleshooting, and error rectification
• front-line repairs and maintenance of machines and equipment

The industrial carpenter should be able to work systematically, be responsible, efficient, rational, independent, and work well with others. You should be practical, good with your hands, and have good technical insight and a sense for the aesthetic.
